Tournament Housing

We handle tournament housing from start to finish! We do all the work for you!

• Set up the blocks of rooms with the hotels, put together a list of hotels for the teams to choose from, provide a reservation form, confirmation and room list form.
• Make sure to use only quality products.
• The teams can either make reservations via fax, email, a toll-free number or via our Web site.
• We act as the liaison between the teams and the hotels to ensure all room lists and changes are received and that the special requests are met
• Provide the tournament with reports with regards to which teams are booked at what hotels in case they need to be contacted.
• Our service provides the club a new source of income and professionalism. With BookMyGroup handling the housing you have more time to focus on other aspects of the tournament.
